PAGE PAGE 36 电动汽车接入对电网的影响研究 摘要 电动汽车大规模接入电网是一把双刃剑,它既是机遇也是挑战,它有有助于电网着高效、清洁、智能的目标前进。本文首先简要描述了我国充电设施现状,并根据充电设施的布局遵循原则选取郑州市某区域进行布点分析,得出充电设施应建于主干道并避开人流集中区等结论。然后从有序充放电和无序充放电两个角度出发,综合历史文献研究分析电动汽车充电对输配电网的影响,得出无序充放电将会对电网产生巨大冲击,有序充放电才是充电明智之举。再然后简要介绍了自由充电、延迟充电、夜间充电和连续充电4种模式,根据4种模式下电动汽车充电曲线以及典型日负荷曲线分析电网负荷率、电网负荷峰谷差以及电网峰值变化情况,并分别分析得出自由充电对电网冲击最大,应选择电网负荷低谷时段进行有序充电。最后从理论上分析充电站接入电网的谐波影响入手,通过Matlab / Simulink仿真平台对充电站接入电网产生的谐波进行分析,最后再根据仿真的结果提出一系列谐波治理措施。 关键词电动汽车,充电模式,布局规划,谐波分析 Abstract Large-scale electric vehicle connected to the grid is a double edged sword, it is an opportunity and a challenge, it helps to have a grid of efficient, clean, smart goal.
