PAGE PAGE 20 大一学生学习适应性及其影响因素调查研究 摘要：新生阶段,是大学生的必经阶段,是大学生成长成才的关键时期,也是大学生适应性问题最多的时期。正确处理好大一新生的学习适应性问题不仅可以提高高等教育的质量，也使得大一新生受益终生。本文以大一新生处于应试教育与自主式教育的过渡期为主要着眼点，通过问卷调查的形式收集数据进行分析，研究大一学生存在的学习适应性问题及其产生原因。根据调查分析，大一新生产生学习适应性障碍的原因主要为学生的心理落差、中学与大学学习方法和目标的差异、周围学习环境的影响、学生自身存在的问题等。并由此提出应对大一新生学习适应性障碍的策略，高中教育与大学教育合理接轨、大学需采取行之有效的措施引导大一新生、学生自身需积极应对等。 关键词：大学新生，应试教育，自主学习，学习适应，调查，对策 A Survey of the Current Situation of Freshmans Learning Adaptability and the Corresponding Measures Abstract: Freshman year,is a necessary stage of college students.It’s also a key period for one’s growth and development.And the freshman year is also an important year that student’s learning adaptability happen most.Correctly handle freshman’s Learning adaptability question,not only can improve the quality of higher education, but also beneficial for freshman’s lifetime. This paper focus on the situation freshman are facing,that is the transition period of exam oriented education and autonomic learning,collected and analyzed data by a questionnaire.Search the problem they have and the reason why it happen.According to the survey analysis,The main reason that freshman’s learning adjustment disorder generated is students psychological gap,the difference between high school and university’s learning methods and goals,the influence of learning environment surrounding,and student’s own problem.Then give them some advise,high school education and college education reasonable standards,universities need to take effective measures to guide freshmen,the students themselves need to actively cope with this problem and so on.
