大学生英语学习倦怠及心理影响因素的研究
摘要:外语学习倦怠是二语习得的过程中的阶段性情感因素。本文通过对浙江工商大学共701名本科生进行问卷调查,结合选择的英语学习倦怠量表为测量工具,了解英语学习倦怠的现状及性别、专业差异,分析学习目标、学习兴趣、成就归因及自我效能感对其的影响。结果表明本科学生的英语学习倦怠程度总体上较高,男性学生的学习倦怠程度高于女性学生,非英语专业学生的学习倦怠程度高于英语专业学生。基于调查结果,本文提出了一些缓解大学生英语学习倦怠的建议。

1 Introduction
1.1 Backgrounds
Last century, since the Industrial Revolution deepened, the man-machine interaction has given rise to a high concern from the world. Thereby a psychological situation, in which the individual is demotivated, bored and lackadaisical has attracted considerable attention in management and working conditions. The word “burnout” was first introduced by Freudenberger (1974) who defined it as “to fail, to wear out, or become exhausted by making excessive demands on energy, strength, or resources. Since 1970s, job burnout has being studied as a research matter and becomes one of the biggest occupational hazards of the 21 century.
In China, with the deepening of revolution and opening outside, English education has been gradually put into a crucial place during the last three decades. However, since the learning burden becomes heavier, the pressure becomes serious, students may in fact experience a specific syndrome in their English study. They may lose their interest in English, feel tired, fatigued, depressed and frustrated. During the English class, they are absent-minded and inefficient. This kind of syndrome can be called “learning burnout”. Nowadays, the widely existence of learning burnout simultaneously affects the motivation and attitudes of both teachers and students. It causes a negative effect on the teaching quality and learner autonomy.
