论食品x的行政问责研究 摘要：随着人民生活水平的不断提高，与食品相关的行业近年来更是呈现百花盛放的繁荣局面 。但是，各种食品安全方面的重大事件也不断的出现，给人民的健康安全带来了极大的威胁，给国 家和人民的利益造成了极大的损失。食品安全现状已经引起越来越广泛的社会关注。如何保障食品 安全、提高监管力度，成为了全社会着重关注的一个问题。因此，探讨食品x领域的行政 问责制度具 有重要的理论和现实意义。本文首先对食品x行政问责相关概念进行概述，其次对我国食品x 的行政 问责现状进行分析，先对我国食品x 的现实环境，并对我国食品x行政问责的相关案例进行分析，总 出近年来我国食品x行政问责取得的进展；再次总结归纳出我国食品x行政问责存在的主要 问题； 最终提出完善我国食品x行政问责制的建议。期望通过本文的研究，能使我国食品x体系和行政 问责 制更好的 合在一起，在食品安全方面发挥更重要的作用。 关键词 ：食品安全；食品x ；行政问责 Abstract With the continuous improvement of peoples living standards, the food-related industry has been prosperous in recent years. However, major incidents in various food safety have also emerged, posing great threats to the health and safety of the people and causing great losses to the interests of the country and the people. The current state of food safety has attracted more and more attention from the society. How to ensure food safety and improve supervision has become a major concern of the whole society. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the administrative accountability system in the field of food safety supervision. This paper firstly summarizes the concepts related to administrative accountability of food safety supervision, and then analyzes the current situation of administrative accountability of food safety supervision in China, firstly on the realistic environment of Chinas food safety supervision, and related cases of administrative responsibility for food safety supervision in China.
