********** 技术学院 毕业设计（论文）报告纸 氯水洗涤塔的结构设计 ┊ ┊ 机电一体化 ** 指导教师 ** ┊ ┊ ┊ 【摘要】随着人们生活水平的提高，对环境保护力度也越来越大，从而新兴了许多 ┊ 环保设备， 氯水洗涤塔就是其中的一种， 首先要认识到设计工作是开拓、创造性的劳 ┊ 动，要有超前意识， 适应现在、 开发将来， 着眼于提高广大人民的物质， 文化和生活， ┊ 给人民创造舒适的生活环境 。随着我国玻璃钢（ FRP）行业的迅速崛起，解决了氯碱 ┊ 行业腐蚀与防护有关难题， 为氯碱装备安全稳定的运行提供了可靠的保障， 不但节约 ┊ 了大量的金属材料和有色金属合金， 同时实现了“以化工武装化工”的目的。 由于这 ┊ ┊ 些树脂的耐化学性能不同， 通常会给设计选材带来诸多不便， 为了达到物尽其用的效 ┊ 果，掌握其耐化学性能十分重要。 装 本次主要是通过对氯水洗涤塔的形状、 尺寸及其精度的设计， 并对其工艺设计进 ┊ 行可行性分析。 成型工艺性主要包括塔体的壁厚， 零部件的倾斜度和圆角以及是否具 ┊ 有加强机构。 通过以上的分析来确定氯水洗涤塔内部件安装位置； 其中最重要的是确 ┊ 定它们的定位和固紧方式。 此外还分析了零部件受力， 模具的机构设计及其选择原则。 ┊ 最后绘制完整的氯水洗涤塔装配总图和主要的零件图及其成型零部件的制造加工工 ┊ 订 艺过程。 从中学会查阅相关资料， 结合自己所学的专业知识，掌握一般产品的设计制 ┊ 作过程。 ┊ ┊ 【Abstract 】Along with the people living standards enhancement, is also getting bigger ┊ and bigger to the environmental protection dynamics, thus the emerging many ┊ 线 environmental protection equipment, the chlorine water tower scrubber was one kind, must ┊ first realize that to the project work was the development, the creative work, must have in ┊ advance consciousness, the adaptation now, the development future, focused inenhances ┊ the general populaces material, the culture and the life, created the comfortable living ┊ conditions for the people.
