当今,企业发生网络舆情危机的情况越来越多,而现在对于网络舆情的研究主要是政府和学校方面,企业方面很少,没有成型的理论研究,关于上市公司网络舆情管控的研究更是寥寥无几。上市公司被关注度高,影响面广,如果上市公司对网络舆情管控不善,负面的网络舆情将对上市公司形成较大威胁或引起消费者对该行业产品产生恐慌。上市公司如何有效地对网络舆情进行管控,趋利避害,塑造上市公司良好的企业形象,促进公司产品的销售,以及有效地预防公关危机,成为上市公司迫切需要解决的问题。
本文从我国上市公司网络舆情方面分析入手,结合网络舆情基本理论和管控理论,对我国上市公司网络舆情管控的现状进行分析,总结出造成我国上市公司网络舆情危机的原因,并根据管控体系的构建原则构建出网络舆情管控体系框架,明确了上市公司网络舆情管控体系的目标和主客体,确定管控体系中的流程与方法,并据此提出网络舆情管控体系总体运行策略和事前、事中及事后控制三个阶段的运行策略,从而让我国上市公司对网络舆情有更深入的了解,并在实际的网络舆情管控方面提供一些借鉴参考。

Abstract
