摘 要 题目是青岛农业大学农业机械学院办公楼设计，它采用钢筋混凝土工程现浇框架结构，建筑主体层数为五层，建筑总高度为15.45m，总建筑面积5022.0m2。根据设计要求，设防裂度为6度，地震分组为第二组，抗震等级为6级，设计中要考虑抗震设计。毕业设计包括建筑和结构部分等。本设计主体结构为横向承重框架。在荷载设计值计算和构件截面估算后，选取了独立基础进行计算，计算内容包括框架梁柱截面尺寸的选取及线刚度的计算等等。楼梯采用钢筋混凝土梁式楼梯。我全部的方案设计大致按照了设计和结构要求，整体来看还是合理的。 本设计书是在我的指导老师辅导之下完成的，她的无私包容和理解让我感受到了学校里的温暖，我不会忘记老师对我的帮助。今后也不会辜负老师对我的期望！ 我对于荷载设计值的熟悉之后，再加上通过对办公楼楼层平、剖、构造图的绘制和结构的设计，熟练地能够操作毕业设计，并且熟悉了结构设计计算的基本方法，从而完成了毕业设计任务以及对于大学的知识分析并且掌握实力。 关键词：框架结构，建筑设计，结构设计 ABSTRACT My design is Qingdao agricultural university, institute of agricultural machinery office building design,.
