PAGE PAGE 39 建筑业项目经理资格认证和后续管理问题及对策研究 摘要 在建筑业中，项目经理担任着至关重要的职位，项目经理的素质在很大程度上决定着工程建设的质量、效率和效益。因此，对项目经理的资格认证及后续管理是建筑业以及政府管理中非常重要的内容。本文通过运用文献分析法、归纳总结法、对比分析法，概述了我国工程项目经理资格认证及后续管理的内容，借鉴了国外工程项目经理的的管理经验，从美国项目管理学会、国际项目管理学会、英国皇家特许建造学会的制度中得到启示。在剖析我国工程项目经理资格认证及后续管理问题的基础上，从总体要求、工程项目经理资格认证、工程项目经理后续管理三个方面提出解决问题的对策。比如健全法律法规、建立诚信机制、建立逐步晋升制度、改变考核方式、增加行业协会作用、加强项目经理继续教育工作、建立项目经理信息平台等。 关键词：项目经理；资格认证；后续管理； Construction Project Manager Qualification and Subsequent Management Problems and Countermeasures Research ABSTRACT In construction industry, the project manager occupies very important position, the project managers quality to a great extent decides the quality, efficiency and benefit of project construction, therefore, qualification and subsequent management of the project manager is a very important content in construction industry and government management.In this paper, by using the method of literature analysis, sum up, comparative analysis, summarizes?our country engineering project manager qualification and subsequent management of content, learning management experience from foreign engineering project manager, from the national institute of project management, international project management institute, the royal chartered institute of building the system of revelation.In analyzes our country engineering project manager qualification and subsequent management problems, on the basis of the general requirements, project manager qualification certification, project manager of subsequent management three aspects put forward the countermeasures to solve the problem.
