PAGE PAGE 36 居住与就业空间不匹配的研究 以杭州各市为例 摘要：居住与就业空间结构的分布，是一个城市空间结构得主要组成核心和要素。其两者之间的关系对于一个城市的建设、发展，城市的规划建设和居民市民的生活质量水平都有着息息相关密不可分的联系，因此对于其两者的关系得研究对于一个城市的建设和发展有着重大的关系。 本文开始部分先对国内国外的有关于城市的居住与城市就业空间结构不匹配的文献研究进行了归纳综述，了解了其假说的产生和发展，并且对比了国内外对其理论的研究和运用。作为我国的重要城市之一，杭州在这几年的城市建设和发展受人瞩目。本文以杭州为例，通过数据的收集和分析，分别从城市人口和三次产业人口数量这两个角度进行分析，对比了1990年~2010年的不同状况，发现杭州市的人口增长率在2000年后有了大飞跃，切城市市区老城区的人口增长量低于城市市区新城区。而随着经济的发展和社会的进步，“退二进三”的格局渐渐形成，第三产业从业人口数量日益壮大，吸纳了大量的劳动力。 之后又通过调查分析杭州市的通勤时间和通勤距离，通过数据统计和数据计算得出了杭州各区的就业居住偏离度，对杭州市各区做了实证分析和论证。在此基础上，本文又分析了杭州市居住与就业空间不匹配的形成原因及其对于城市建设和人们生活的影响。 最后对城市建设中的居住与就业空间不匹配的状态提出了几条建设性建议，有利于缓解杭州市的居住与就业空间不匹配的情况，提高城市居民的生活幸福感和城市的运作效率。 关键词：居住与就业空间；不匹配研究；杭州市 The study of residential?and Employment?Spatial?Mismatch Hang Zhou, for example Abstract:The distribution of residential and employment spatial structure, city spatial structure is mainly composed of core elements and.
