PAGE PAGE 21 立体停车设备人机界面操作盒研制-硬件设计 摘要 改革开放以来我们目睹了汽车业的迅猛发展，90年代，镇上只有屈指可数的几辆小汽车，迈入新世纪，企业单位里开始拥有自己的用车，又十年过去，大多数家庭购进私家车，富裕家庭达到人手一辆，小城市的都开始出现堵车的状况，汽车业迅猛发展是时代发展的趋势，当然有汽车衍生的问题迫切需要得到解决。行车时可能会出现道路拥挤，停车时也是一位难求”，特别是人口拥挤的购物区和工作生活区。因此停车技术的发展，停车位的增持，必须跟上与日俱增的汽车销售量。当下，土地资源匮乏，城市里更是寸土寸金，汽车位的开发不得不考虑成本，土地利用率等，这样的大环境下，立体停车库逐渐变成救命稻草”。 随着中国经济实力的迅速壮大，同时，考虑到经济发展带来的各种问题，中共中央又提出的经济型社会、节约资源型经济的政策和可持续发展战略等，立体停车库刚好迎合这些政策，必将受到热捧。立体停车库的发展已经有30年左右的历史，而在近些年，立体车库市场在我国呈现迅猛发展的态势。实现立体车库效率化、自动化的关键是采用灵活的传输设备和简明物流线路以及安全可靠的控制系统。通过对现有的各种停车相关设备的特点和使用环境的比较分析，搜集了一定客户使用后的反馈意见进行整理归纳，完成一套安全可靠，操作简单，满足市场要求的立体停车库的硬件设计。 本文以Protel 99 SE为开发器材、用Windows操作平台，人机界面和PLC控制技术，变频控制技术，达到立体车库自动操作，并对车库的运行状态的实时监控。查询，费用的报表打印等功能，控制和管理。 关键词：立体车库；人机界面；PLC；控制系统 Abstract Since the reform and opening we have witnessed the rapid development of auto industry, in the 90 s, only a handful of a few cars in the town, into the new century, enterprises began to own their own cars, and in the past ten years, most families buy private cars, the rich family at one hand, the status of the small cities are beginning to appear in traffic, rapid development of auto industry is the trend of the development of The Times, of course there are car derivative problems urgently need to be solved.
