PAGE PAGE 19 劳动力流动与区域经济差异 摘要：随着沿海劳动力成本上升，企业向内陆地区转移，中国经济处于转型期间，劳动力作为主要的产出投入要素之一，劳动力供给情况、流动情况一致是关注的焦点。农村劳动力由不发达地区向发达地区、农业部门向非农产业部门转移，成为解决农村剩余劳动力就业的主要方式。本文通过数据收集整理进行分析，分析我国流动人口规模、流动情况、流动人口中劳动力流动的状况，了解我国近年来劳动力流动的状况以及其与区域经济差异之间的情况。通过一定的估计，认为劳动力流动在一定程度上是会缩小区域经济的差异，但其作用非常小，而且易受到其他因素的交叉影响，但通过劳动力流动来影响区域经济的潜力还是有的。 关键词：人口流动、劳动力流动、区域经济差异 Labor Flow and The Difference Of Regional Economy Abstract：As the rising of coastal labor costs and enterprises shift to inland areas, Chinese economy is in the transition period. The labor as the one of main input and output factors, labor supply situation and the flow line is the focus of attention. Rural labor in less developed areas to developed areas and people in the Department of agriculture to non-agricultural industries transfers have become the main way to solve the employment of rural surplus labors. In this paper, through the data collection and analysis, I will do analysis of Chinas floating population, labor force flowing and flow condition, understanding the relationship between the status of labor mobility in China in recent years with the regional economic difference. By some estimates, the labor flow in a certain extent will reduce the differences of regional economy, but the effect is very small, and also vulnerable to cross the influence of other factors. But the impact of regional economic potential is to the labor force flow. Key word：population mobility, flow of laborers, difference of regional economy 一、引言 （一）研究意义与目的 在过去的三十年里，中国经济所取得的成果让全世界为之注目。在拉动经济的“三架马车”中外贸由于2008年金融危机而受到很大的冲击，而随着劳动力成本的不断上升，中国制造的产品在国际市场上的竞争力越来越弱。在过去年经济增长保持10%以上到近年来7%以上这样一个高位的增长速度，很多研究表明其建立的基础是中国强大的人口红利上的，作为社会生产的必要投入之一的劳动力对经济的影响是值得研究的。而随着城市化的建设，城乡差距的进一步缩短，产业结构的转型升级以及产业转移等一系列变化，发达地区的生活成本增加，相对的劳动力价格也相应提升。在当下相对市场化的环境中，劳动力市场的供求状况对价格的影响是存在的。 而近年来，“民工潮”“春运潮”“讨薪难”等一系列关于劳动力流动带来的社会现象及问题，都是政府部门急需解决和应对的状况。作为农业大国，“三农”问题是我国在经济建设中必须处理好的问题。农村劳动力向城市转移过程中产生的规律、现象、问题都是值得研究的。了解劳动力流动情况及趋势，对社会的稳定，经济能良好的运行提供了基础。同时，对企业来说，了解劳动力市场情况，积极的调整其本身的发展战略，也是提升市场竞争力的一个方面。我国流动人口的主要特征表
