PAGE PAGE 23 居民投资收益对人身保险需求的影响 摘要：本文基于目前居民个人投资理财的热潮，通过选取汇率、名义利率、黄金价格以及房地产价格等变量，来研究投资因素对人身保险需求即保费收入的影响程度。其研究有利于分析市场中各种投资产品与人身保险之间的关系以及提高居民投资的风险意识。第一章介绍了本文的研究目的与背景，并且介绍了研究的方法。第二章介绍了影响人身保险需求的因素国内外文献研究以及居民投资行为的国内外文献研究。第三章分析了我国人身保险发展状况，对寿险、健康险和意外险进行了分析，并且阐述了未来的发展趋势。第四章分析了我国居民投资现状。第五章是实证分析，介绍了采用的变量与数据，并且对结果进行了分析。第六章是文章的结论以及政策建议。 关键词：人身保险；居民投资行为；需求；回归分析 Analysis of the Impact Caused by the Income of Residents’ Investments of the Demand of Personal Insurance Abstract: The paper is based on the boom of the personal finance and the investment behavior, and uses the variables such as the rate of exchange, the nominal rate of exchange, the price of gold and the price of real estate to analyze the level of the impact caused investment factors which can influence the income of personal insurance. This research is helpful to analyze the relationship between various investment factors in the market and the personal insurance, and enhance residents’ investment risk awareness. The first chapter is an introduction of objection and the method of this paper, and the second chapter analyses the researches about the factors which may influence the demand of personal insurance by both domestic and foreign scholars as well as the literatures about the resident investment behaviors by the scholars from home and aboard. The?third chapter analyses the current status of the development?of domestic personal insurance, analyzing the life insurance, health insurance and accident insurance, then tells the trend of insurance which may happen in the future. The forth chapter is an analysis of domestic investment status. In the fifth chapter, there is an empirical analysis introducing the variables and data used in this analysis, and analyze the results of this empirical analysis. At last, the writer makes an analysis on the result of the model then gives personal opinions and suggestions in the sixth chapter.
