We gave infantile umbilical paste to mice infected by acpococcus to evaluate the medicine effects on mice group of infantile umbilical paste ( g/kg) can increase survival rate of mice infected by influenza virus prolong survial time, and its lung index and hemagglutinati on tier have a signincant difference compared with the group only treated with virus；Within the range of 5～1280 μg/ml，when the medicine concentration increased，protect rate on group of infantile umbilical paste ( g/ml) has stronger inhibiting effects on Klebsiella Pheumoniae， g/ml has stronger inhibiting effects on ， g/ml has stronger inhibiting effects on acrococcus，and it has little effects on beta-streptococcus and preumococus；The medicine can bring down monality of mice infected by acrococcus.
