Key words： air pollutants;bronchoalveolar lavage fluids (BALF);cytokines 大气污染直接作用的靶器官是呼吸系统，长期反复接触会使人体免疫力低下，引起气管炎、支气管哮喘等慢性疾病。目前有关大气污染对机体呼吸系统炎性损伤机制尚未完全明确。本文通过制备大气污染的动物模型，从大气污染对大鼠呼吸道微生态、氧化损伤及病 理学 改变等方面进行了研究〔1-4〕。本文通过测定大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)、白细胞介素6(IL6)、白细胞介素8(IL8)及白细胞介素4(IL4)、白细胞介素10(IL10)的水平，进一步探讨大气污染对大鼠呼吸系统炎性损伤的作用机制。结果报告如下。 1 材料与方法 11 材料 111 可吸入颗粒物(PM10)制备 (1)样品采集：冬季采暖季节，选择煤烟、 交通 及生活污染区为采样点，用日本产低流量(20～30L/min)粉尘采样器和称重的55mm玻璃纤维滤膜，每天连续采样24h，连续采集30d;滤膜干燥后称重 计算 采尘量，含尘滤膜在-20℃下保存。(2)PM10悬浮液制备：将各采样点滤膜同时用一定量的生理盐水超声震荡洗脱20min，吸去滤膜水分，干燥后
