Each groups contained 6 rabbit models were established by self embolism to embolize the cerebral artery through intracervical in therapy group 1 were trafused with 40,000U/kg of Urokinase 2 through vein;Rabbits in group 2 were infused with the same dosage of Urokinase plus /kg of Batroxobin;Rabbits in the model control were infused with normal saline at the same (FIB)、 prothrombin time (PT) and Activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)were measured in each group with Thrombosaeen400C grumemeter at different time:before model formation,2 hou after model formation;6hr after treatment;22hr after brain tissues were obtained by headcutting 22h after sectio were used to observe if there was cerebral hemorrhage,2%tetrazolium (TTC)dyeing was used to observe if there was infarction focus on : There were 2 cases with brain hemorrhage both in group 1 and group the TTC dyeing,there were 2 cases normal in group 1 and 3 cases normal in group with that before modeling,the FIB in model control group had increased,the PT and APTT had decreased after modeling,so there was statistical value(P).Compared with the results 2 hou after modeling or the same period of model control group,the FIB in group 1,2 had decreased obviously at 6 hou after treatment,while the PT and APTT had increased remarkably (P).Compared with that of group 1 at 6h after treatment,the FIB、PT and APTT in group 2 had
