前庭康复训练在眩晕患者中疗效观察 前庭康复训练在眩晕患者中疗效观察 前庭康复训练在眩晕患者中疗效观察 前庭康复训练在眩晕患者中疗效观察 【摘 要】目的：观察和研究前庭康复训练在眩晕患 者中的治疗收效。 方法：从本院在 2016 年 4 月至 2017 年 10 月收治的眩晕患者中随机抽取 78 例作为研究对象，并随机 分为观察组和比较组，每组 39 例。比较组采用规范化药物 治疗，观察组在进行规范化药物治疗的基础上结合前庭康复 训练，比较解析两组患者治疗前后的 BBS评分和计时平衡实 验情况，以及两组患者平衡功能的疗效。结果：两组患者治疗后 BBS评分对照于治疗前均有所提高，观察组变动幅度明显大于比较组，且观察组患者计时平衡实验结果明显优于对 照组，组间差异拥有统计学意义（ P0.05）。治疗 4 周后，观察组患者平衡功能疗效明显优于比较组，组间差异拥有统计学意义（ P0.05）。观察组患者治疗收效明显优于比较组，组间差异拥有统计学意义（ P0.05）。结论：在规范化药物治疗的基础上采用前庭康复训练有助于提高患者的平衡功能，结合患者的实质情况拟定有针对性的策略，能够使患者快速恢复健康，拥有必然的临床价值，值得进行临床应用和实行。 【要点词】前庭康复训练；眩晕；疗效 Abstract Objective ： To observe and study the curative effect of Vestibular Rehabilitation Training in patients with Vertigo.Methods ： 78 cases of Vertigo were randomly selected from April 2016 to October 2017 and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 39 cases each.The Control Group was treated with Standard Drug ， the observation group combined with vestibular rehabilitation training ， analyzed the BBS score and timing balance test before and after treatment ， and the effect of balance function.Results ： after treatment ， BBS scores were higher than before treatment ， and the observation group was different.The dynamic amplitude was significantly higher than that of the control group ， and the time balance test was significantly better than that of the control group （ p 0.05）.After 4 weeks of treatment ， the balance function of the observed group was better than that of the control group ， and the difference between the groups was significant （p 0.05） .The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group ， and the difference between the groups was statistically significant （ p 0.05）.Conclusion： the use of vestibular rehabilitation training on the basis of standardized drug therapy can improve the balance function of the patients ， and make a targeted strategy according to the actual situation of the patients.
