PAGE PAGE 20 我国中小外贸企业外汇风险管理分析 摘要：自从加入WTO，在经济全球化的大浪潮中，中国对外贸易取得了突飞猛进的进步和发展。其中，精细化、反应灵敏的中小外贸企业更是发挥了不可或缺的作用。但与此同时，全球性金融危机严重冲击了世界范围内的经济发展；欧洲债务危机以及区域冲突的爆发使得国际外贸交易环境愈发复杂和多变，中小外贸企业在国际贸易中也不容乐观。因此，面对频繁波动的汇率变化，中小外贸企业迫切需要加强外汇风险管理建设，提高对风险的抵抗能力，实现净利润的增长。本文结合外贸企业面临的外汇风险以及纺织企业的案例分析，探讨如何规避外贸风险以提高中小外贸公司自身竞争力，促使我国的对外贸易能够上升一个新阶段，稳健发展。 关键词：中小外贸企业外汇风险风险防范 The Study on Small and Medium-sized Foreign Trade Enterprises of Foreign Exchange Risk Management Abstract: Since the entry into the WTO, under the background of economic globalization , Chinas foreign trade grows rapidly.Among them, the small and medium bussiness who are specialized and responsive,played an indispensable role.However at the same time,after the global financial crisis in the year of 2008,the global economics dvelope less rapidly than before;European debt crisis and the exlpodes of region conflicts make the environment of international trade more and more complex and changable,placing the small and medium-sized enterprises in a harder place.Thus,in the condition of unstable interst rate,the small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises have to strengthen the awareness of foreign exchange risk,to improve its capacity of handling it.The paper attempts to combine the foreign exchange risks that foreign trade companies are meeting and the anlysis of a single txtile company,to discover how to avoid foreign exchange risk,so as to make the companies more competitive,which will contribute to the development of China’s international trade. Keywords: Small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises,Foreign exchange risk , Risk prevention 一、绪论 （一）研究背景 我国中小型外贸企业凭其独特的魅力活跃于世界舞台，也不断为我国对外经济贸易改革注入新鲜活力。但是05年开始，我国的人民币汇率制度由之前的只盯住美元这一单一货币到建立在市场供求的基础上、以一篮子货币为参考进行调节、有管理的浮动汇率制度，外贸企业在生产经营过程中所牵扯的币种增加，汇率浮动的影响范围也随之扩大，因此外贸企业需要承担更大的外汇风险。国际金融市场不明朗，人民币兑美元汇率起起伏伏，欧元将要跌破平价水平，这都给中小型外贸企业的决策带来巨大挑战。而中小外贸企业由于发展不成熟、缺乏科学的外汇风险风险管理办法，很容易导致资产因为利率变动而凭空蒸发，这使得本就实力弱、规模小的中小外贸企业面临更加恶劣的生存环境。因此，实行科学高效的外汇风险管理办法、最大程度地减小企业因汇率变动而造成的损失成为中小型外贸企业实现可持续发展的关键。 （二）研究意义 通过对外汇风险
