PAGE PAGE 18 我国小微企业的融资问题研究 摘要：随着我国经济体制的不断改革创新和经济的迅猛发展，我国小微企业的基数越来越大，对我国经济的重要性水平也越发突出，得到了社会各界的广泛关注。但小微企业普遍存在融资难题，特别是在经济下行压力之下，融资问题成为小微企业健康发展路上的强大阻碍。通过查阅相关资料以及对比国内外经验，本文分析小微企业融资难问题的原因，且面对当前新形势，提出一些合理的建议。解决小微企业融资难的问题需要各方共同努力，这样才能让其充分发挥在国民经济中的重要作用，推动我国经济持续稳定发展。 关键词：小微企业融资 Financing Problems of Micro and Small Enterprises in Our Country Abstract: With the continuous reform and innovation of Chinas economic system and the rapid development of economy, the base of small and micro enterprises is getting bigger and bigger, its importance of Chinas economy has become more and more prominent, and it has been concerned widely by all sectors of society. However, there are some problems in their financial. Especially in the economic downward pressure, the financing problem has become a powerful obstacle to the healthy development of small and micro enterprises. Through consulting and camparing relevant information and foreign advanced experience, this paper analyze the causes of small and micro enterprises financing difficulties, and in the face of the current new situation, put forward some advisable suggestions. To solve the problem completely, all aspects need to work together. So small and micro enterprises can play an important role in the national econemy successfully, and promote economy to develop continually and steadily. Keywords: Micro and Small Enterprise，Financing 一、引言 （一）研究的背景及意义 1、研究背景 在2015年第12届我国国际中小企业博览会上，工信部副部长毛伟明介绍我国小微企业已经达到6666万，并且指出小微企业为我国税收、国内生产总值、发明专利和就业方面做出了巨大贡献。不管是在过去还是在现在，小微企业都是我国经济的一个重要组成部分，是稳定就业、搞活市场不可忽视的力量。小微企业在我国经济发展中具有重要的地位，很大程度上促进了我国的社会民生发展，缓解了就业压力，它们的发展也越来越受到政府和社会各界的关注。足够的资金供给才能维持一个企业的运转，受小微企业自身特点和现行金融体制等种种外部因素的影响，相对于大中型企业，小微企业往往很难获得运行发展所需的资金。就融资而言，中小微企业对我国经济增长贡献率约占六成，其占金融机构贷款额总量却达不到两成，反观大型企业，经济贡献率约占四成，贷款却占了八成。[1]在我国，除了少部分科技型小微企业能受惠于比较多的创新政策，大部分小微企业的融资规模与融资渠道都受到很大限制和阻碍。虽然近几年为解决小微企业发展困境，政府政策上给了小微企业一些支持，但小微企业融资难的局面并没有完全改变。 2、研究意义 融资渠道狭窄，融资难，融资贵限制了小微企业的成长与发展，进而极大地制约了小微企业在国民经济中重要作用的发挥，影响总体经济的发展。关注和解决小微企业融资难的问题，对我国的经济能够实现平稳健康发展具有重要意义。小微企业的融资需求依然很大
