PAGE PAGE 20 我国省际文化产业竞争力的评价与分析 摘要：近年来我国对文化产业发展逐渐重视，文化产业也逐渐开始成为支柱产业。本文根据文化产业的内涵以及文化产业竞争力的概念，构建了由6个方面17个指标组成用来综合反映文化产业竞争力的评价指标体系，利用2012年我国31个省市的数据，运用因子分析和聚类分析对全国省市的文化产业竞争力进行评价。研究结果显示：文化产业发展主要由文化产业综合实力、产业环境和产业效益这三个方面影响；文化产业竞争力在不同区域间有较大的差异。其中广东、上海、浙江、北京、山东的文化产业竞争力较强，文化产业发展与经济发展趋势比较一致。本文最后根据影响当地的文化产业发展的因素，提出促进文化产业发展的意见和建议。 关键词：文化产业；竞争力；因子分析；聚类分析 Evaluation of the provincial cultural industry competitiveness and analysis Abstract: China in recent years increasing emphasis on the development of cultural industries, cultural industries are also beginning to become a pillar industry. Based on the concept of cultural industries and cultural connotation industry competitiveness evaluation index system consists of six aspects of the composition of 17 indicators for the comprehensive reflection of the cultural industry competitiveness, the use of 2012 data of 31 provinces and cities, the use of factor analysis and cluster analysis of the cultural industry competitiveness provinces and cities were evaluated. Including Guangdong, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Beijing, Shandong Keywords: cultural industry；competitiveness；factor analysis；cluster analysis 一、引言 21世纪社会随着经济、科技等各方面的发展，进而催生了文化产业的发展，经济、科技等方面与文化产业逐步融合，各个国家和地区将文化产业的发展作为国民经济发展的重要组成部分。文化产业是党中央科学把握国内外形势和文化发展规律，并且根据自我国情做出的重大战略部署。坚持中国特色社会主义文化发展道路、推动我国由文化大国向文化强国迈进的重大战略举措是发展文化产业。推进经济结构调整、加快转变经济发展方式的重要途径是推动文化产业发展。 中国在资源约束日益明显、人口红利逐渐减少的背景下，由于文化产业存在低消耗、高产出、产业关联性强、外溢效应明显等诸多特色优势，成为新时期推动经济发展的首选产业。文化产业的发展可以促进经济的发展并且成为世界人民的共识，各个国家提高综合国力采用发展文化产业的方式来提高。文化与经济的融合发展中，经济的发展的促进靠的是发展文化产业。一个国家综合实力的体现是文化产业的发展，而文化产业的发展需要反思，通过文化产业竞争力指标来正确认识文化产业发展状况，对文化产业发展中不足的地方进行反思。为了更好地发展文化产业，促进经济的进一步发展，需要在文化发展中不断审视和总结。因此诸多学者致力于研究文化产业竞争力评价体系，通过文化产业相关方面数据分析发现文化产业发展潜力。 由于文化产业发展是世界的一大主题，越来越受到重视，如何发展和评价文化
