PAGE PAGE 27 我国上市公司企业价值影响因素的实证研究——以土木工程建筑业为例 摘要：本文回顾了国内外有关企业价值管理的相关文献，发现对如何提升企业价值以及影响企业价值的因素各自具有丰富研究成果，但对于某一行业的上市公司的企业价值影响因素的研究还不完善。本文以2011年至2013年我国沪深两市的土木工程建筑业为例，基于企业资本结构，盈利能力，存续年限等视角，研究了影响企业价值的因素，并就此对企业价值管理从企业角度提出相关建议。 关键词：上市公司企业价值管理土木工程建筑业影响因素 Empirical Study on Factors Affecting enterprise value of listed companies in China —— Cases Study of Civil Engineering Construction Abstract: Along with the basic completion of the split share structure reform, Chinas securities market has gone into the full-circulation time, the market value management of listed companies is imperative.Value management can promote the transformation of management goal of listed companies; Value management is conducive to better realize the function of capital market to optimize the allocation of resources.This paper reviews the literature on the management of the enterprise value at home and abroad, find out how to improve enterprise value and the factors that affect enterprise value respectively with rich research achievements,but the research for a specific relationship between listed companies’ enterprise value in one industry and among the various factors is not perfect.In this paper, take the Chinas Shanghai and Shenzhens civil construction industry from 2011 to 2013 for example, based on corporate capital structure, profitability, and so the existence of life perspective, to study the factors that affect the value, and thus to make relevant recommendations on the management of enterprise value from a business perspective.
