PAGE PAGE 29 我国上市证券公司的社会责任研究 摘要：公司社会责任逐渐受到公众的关注，公司要主动承担社会责任也各个行业中达成共识,履行社会责任已成为世界企业发展的重要潮流和新的商业规则，是企业价值观和竞争力的重要体现。因此，本文以在深交所上市的五家证券公司作为研究对象，研究我国上市证券公司社会责任的履行现状，并对其进行评分,通过对比对五家上市证券公司进行排名,找出不足之处,并针对这些有待改进的地方提出建议。 关键词：上市证券公司；社会责任；履行现状；评分体系 Research on Corporate Social Responsibility of Listed Securities Companies in China Abstract: Corporate social responsibility increasingly subject to public attention, the company should take the initiative to shoulder social responsibility in all sectors to reach a consensus, to fulfill their social responsibility has become an important trend in the world of business development and new business rules, it is an important manifestation of corporate values and competitiveness. 2009 financial crisis has gradually gone, but this crisis has brought huge distress brought us much to ponder on the global economy. Which securities companies to play an important role in the disaster, which is the initiator victims. Therefore, this article listed securities company as the research object, systematic exposition of the meaning of the securities of corporate social responsibility, the specific content, analyze securities firm sense of social responsibility. It describes the status quo of Chinas listed securities to fulfill corporate social responsibility, in order to support Chinas listed securities companies should meet this responsibility, to become a responsible, good economic core and engine recommendations. Keywords:listed securities companies;Social Responsibility;research 一、引言 随着我国经济可持续发展政策的提出，证券公司的发展速度也不断加快，规模不断扩大，证券公司社会责任问题也越发显得重要，履行相关的社会责任是经济健康发展的迫切需要，同时也是进一步提升证券公司综合竞争力的重要途径。本文试对我国上市证券公司，同类金融机构的社会责任论述进行梳理，通过研究上市证券公司的社会责任报告,进一步深化对我国上市证券公司社会责任的研究。 现阶段,我国的公司社会责任还处于起步阶段,在深圳证券交易所上市的证券公司是从2010年开始发布社会责任报告，之后陆续开始发布，2012年后五家上市证券公司全部开始发布年度社会责任报告。编制内容主要涉及对股东权益和债权人权益的保护，客户服务的完善，公益慈善活动，环保贡献等。本文将针对报告中所披露的各项内容进行研究，建立对应的评分体系，对五家上市证券公司的社会责任承担现状进行评分和排序，并进行综合分析，寻找上市证券公司在近几年来社会责任承担的方面的进步和不足之处，并针对这些问题提出建议。我国上市证券公司的社会责任还存在较多问题，比如信息披露不全，责任承担具有偏向性，社会责任报告主
