PAGE PAGE 22 信息技术对浙江中小企业管理的影响研究 ——以浙江宁波公牛电器有限公司为例 摘要： 在当前世界经济已进入全球化和信息化时代的背景下，信息技术正在逐渐影响甚至改变了传统的企业管理模式，信息技术的提高能够提高企业运营的的效率，降低成本，最终增强企业的竞争力正是信息技术化的作用所在。尤其是在我国东南方沿海经济发达的地区，由于中小企业众多，发展空间较大，急需跟上时代发展的脚步，因此信息化技术的管理能够显著改善企业的运营管理模式，增强企业的竞争力。本文通过从分析信息技术在现在企业管理中的应用，主要包括浙江地区中小企业为例，对信息技术对浙江中小企业管理的影响研究做了重点的论述。 关键词： 信息技术中小企业管理浙江宁波公牛电器有限公司 Research on the influence of information technology to the management of small and medium sized enterprises in Zhejiang ——Ningbo Abstract: In the current world economy has entered the era of globalization and informationization background, the information technology is gradually influence and even change the traditional mode of enterprise management, the improvement of information technology to improve enterprise operating efficiency, reduce costs, and ultimately enhance the competitiveness of enterprises is the role of information technology.
