PAGE PAGE 27 浙江省新型农村合作医疗保险现状及对策 摘要：本文主要探讨的是浙江省现有的新型农村合作医疗保险制度，通过问卷调查，走访等形式对浙江省农村农民进行医疗保险的调查，得到论文所需的数据，再利用SPSS软件对这些数据进行有效地处理，并针对给出的结果进行分析，最后得出现有新农合的现状、存在的问题以及提出改善的建议。本文的第一章主要阐述了这个课题研究的背景、意义和研究方法与设计思路。第二章综述了国内外有关新型农村合作医疗保险的研究成果。第三章归纳了目前新型农村合作医疗保险制度的特点。第四章是本文的核心内容，利用问卷调查的数据,通过图和表的方式来分析当前浙江省新农合的状况以及农民担心的问题和观点。第五章则系统地介绍了现有新农合存在的问题，对应的第六章主要是一些有关改善浙江省新农合的对策与建议。第七章是总结部分，主要叙述本文所给出的结论以及本文的创新点和不足之处。 关键词:社会保障监管机制政府财政基层医疗 The new rural cooperative medical insurance status and countermeasures of Zhejiang province Abstract: This paper mainly discusses the existing new type of rural cooperative medical insurance system in Zhejiang province, through the questionnaire and the form such as visiting survey of Zhejiang province rural farmers health insurance in order to get the required data, using SPSS software to effectively deal with these data, and analyze the results, finally the results are concluded about the existing new farming and the present situation, the existing problems and improvement suggestions. The first chapter of this article mainly elaborated the research background, significance, research method and design ideas. The second chapter summarized the domestic and foreign research accomplishment about the new rural cooperative medical insurance. The third chapter summarized the current characteristics of the new rural cooperative medical insurance system. The fourth chapter is the core content of this article, using the questionnaire survey data, analyzed the current situation through the figures and tables. The fifth chapter systematically introduced new farming and existing problems, and put forward the improving countermeasures and suggestions of new farmers in zhejiang province in the sixth chapter. The seventh chapter described the conclusion given in this paper as well as the innovation points and deficiencies.
