PAGE PAGE 17 中国利率市场化对中小企业融资问题的影响 摘要：受长期利率管制的影响，我国的资本市场并不完善，导致中小企业的融资问题一直难以有效解决，这也制约着我国经济的发展。利率市场化改革将利率交由市场进行调控，利率水平主要受到市场利润率和资金供需关系的影响。分析可知，利率市场化主要是从改善资金供求关系来缓解中小企业的融资问题，会进一步加大企业对于融资的重视程度，转变融资策略，构建出多层次的融资体系来满足不同规模企业的融资需求，并且降低企业的融资成本。但是也会带来一定的消极影响，如短期内中小企业的融资成本和难度的增加，金融机构之间竞争对企业带来的风险等。总体来说，本文认为利率市场化带来的的影响利大于弊。但是在利率市场化的过程中，也需要中小企业进一步转变融资观念，加大对于企业信用的建设，寻求适合的方法来解决自身的融资问题。 关键词：利率市场化;中小企业;供求均衡 The Impacts of Interest Rate Liberalization on SMEs’ Financing Problem in China Abstract: By the effect of long-term interest rate control, the capital market in China is not perfect, which has been difficult to solve the financing problems for small and medium enterprises, which also restricts the development of our economy. The interest rate liberalization reform will be controlled by the market. The interest rate is mainly influenced by the market profit margin and the supply and demand of capital. Analysis shows that, the interest rate liberalization reform is mainly from the improvement of the supply and demand of funds to alleviate the financing problem of small and medium-sized enterprises, will further increase the enterprise for the importance of financing, the transformation of financing strategy, build a multi-level financing system to meet the financing needs of enterprises of different sizes, and reduces the financing cost of enterprise. But it also brings certain negative influence, such as the financing cost and difficulty of the medium and small enterprise, the competition between the financial institutions brings the risk to the enterprise.. Overall, this paper considers the impact of interest rate liberalization is more than harm. But in the process of the interest rate market, also need to change the concept of SMEs, and increase the credit for the enterprise, and seek the appropriate way to solve their own financing problems.
