PAGE PAGE 36 中药提取为主要技术的中药厂辉南长龙生化药业股份有限公司 摘要 本设计的目标为中药提取为主要技术的中药厂辉南长龙生化药业股份有限公司。本工程日排水量177.5.00m3，主要以生产废水、生活污水和清净下水。废水水质指标为：COD4200mg/L；BOD5 1800mg/L；SS 260mg/L；NH3-N30mg/L。根据实际情况选择水解酸化与好氧接触氧化为主对其废水进行处理。 废水经汇集后流经格栅后流入集水井,用池内一级提升泵将集水井内的废水提升入竖流式初沉池内，竖流式沉淀池设计两座且直径为1.5米。竖流式初沉池的出水自流入调节池，调节池长8.3米，宽8米。调节池内的水提升至水解酸化池，水解酸化池设计两格，长2.4米宽1.2米。水解酸化池中的污泥则由污泥提升泵升至污泥浓缩池。水解酸化池自流入接触氧化池，接触氧化池设计两座，滤池格数为两格，池子长1.3米宽1米。由罗茨鼓风机对池体提供氧源，上清液自流入调节池，沉淀污泥由污泥泵提升至排至污泥浓缩池。通过鼓风机曝气对污泥浓缩池进行耗氧消化，剩余污泥则有抽粪车定期排放，上清液自流入调节池。BOD5处理后排放浓度为70mg/l，满足《污水综合排放标准》（GB8978-1996）中三级要求（BOD5：300 mg/l）。进入辉南县污水处理厂进一步处理达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》（GB18918—2002）一级B标准后排入辉发河，其最终污染物浓度为COD≤60mg/l 关键词：中药提取制药，水解酸化，水解氧化。 Abstract The purpose of this design is mainly for Chinese medicine extraction technology of Chinese medicine factory in Jilin province Huinan Changlong pharmaceutical Limited by Share Ltd.
