PAGE PAGE 35 中日食用菌贸易互补性研究 摘要 改革开放以来，尤其是2001年加入WTO后，中国经济开始全面快速发展。中国作为农业大国，农产品贸易是经济发展不可或缺的一部分。食用菌作为一种新兴产业，在我国农业经济中的地位越来越高，推动了我国社会主义新农村的经济基础建设。食用菌贸易在我国农产品贸易中的地位日渐凸显，食用菌产量已占世界总产量的70%，产值已超过2000亿，我国政府高度重视其产业发展道路。日本的食用菌产业发展成熟，同时也是我国第一大食用菌出口国，随着日本政府的贸易保护主义逐渐加深，特别日本在2006年实施了《肯定列表制度》后，其他国家跟风效仿，对我国食用菌出口产生了很大的阻碍作用。本文通过对中日两国的食用菌产业现状分析、影响两国食用菌产业发展的因素、中日国际贸易商品结构与国际贸易结合度指数的分析以及两国发展食用菌产业的优势互补性来研究说明中日食用菌贸易的互补性。最后，针对中日间的贸易壁垒导致食用菌贸易受阻的问题给出改善对策：（1）从我国产业自身的问题入手：加快建设和实现国内食用菌生产的规模化、组织化和工厂化；改善产品质量，建立一套更完善的产业标准；加强食用菌知识产权保护；加大科研力度的投入；加大政策支持力度和宣传力度。（2）寻找两国合作共赢的方式：从市场定位上谋合作；从产业链上求合作。 关键词：食用菌产业食用菌工厂化贸易壁垒优势互补贸易互补性 Abstract Since Chinas reform and opening up, especially the years after we took part in WTO in 2001, the economy of china has been increasing with a unusual speed.
