Lots of scholars have argued with?the importance of literal translation and free translation?with no obvious preferences. So we are in chaos of the translation of Chinese current political words. Therefore, I will discuss the problem of the uniformity of terms translation and methods for the verb collocation with Nida’s function equivalences and Newark’s semantic theories. Introduction 1.1 The Importance of Chinese current political words’ translation With its rapid development of economy and policy, China, which has made tremendous influences on various countries, plays an important role in the international stage since the reform and open era. More to the point, the government review report and other government reports, regarded as a general conclusion of the current Chinese Characteristic political situation, impact the reputation and status of China during the globalization. Internet, a convenience and fast plat for foreigners to avoid the geographical barriers, helps the whole world turns to be a unit.
