PAGE PAGE 37 中国煤炭需求预测系统的研制与开发 摘要 本文所构建的煤炭需求预测系统，是根据用户对煤炭需求影响因素的要求，预测未来的煤炭需求状况，最后以图形结果展示给用户的系统。 本文通过搜集了自1980年我国的煤炭消费数据以及相关影响因素的历史数据，基于BPSO煤炭需求预测模型，对已有数据进行拟合，建立了一个我国煤炭需求预测系统，对相关部门的决策以及经济社会的稳定发展有着重要意义。 系统采用面向对象的方法，对系统的功能性需求和非功能性需求进行分析，通过构建系统分析用例图、系统分析顺序图以及系统分析类图等一系列的图形，对系统进行了全面的分析。同时依据系统分析结果，通过精炼系统用例，寻找潜在对象，考虑系统实现等步骤给出了系统的详细设计。系统采用了具有多态、继承、封装特性的Java作为开发语言，使用了耗能小，功能较全的Eclipse作为开发工具，使用Eclipse插件WindowsBuilder作为界面开发的可视化工具，完成了煤炭需求预测系统的研制与开发。 关键词：煤炭需求预测、Java语言、Eclipse、面向对象 Abstract Coal demand prediction system is system according to the individual requirements of the user and through the historical data of coal consumption and the related factors calculated forecast future demand conditions, then give the results in a graphical way. This paper, collected historical data of Chinas coal consumption and related influencing factors from 1980 to 2015 years with reference to the various prediction model, then eventually established a model of coal demand prediction based on BPSO, to fit the existing data, determine the model or model parameters, prediction of coal demand in China, and has a significant meaning of the relevant departments of the decision-making and economic and social stability and development. This system uses object-oriented method making a comprehensive analysis of the system ,by carrying on the analysis of the system functional requirements and non-functional requirement and by constructing the system analysis the system use case diagram, sequence diagram and system analysis class diagram, and so on. According to the analysis of the system, this paper gives the detailed design of the system through the refining system use cases, looking for potential objects, taking the achievement of the system into account. After studying literature about development of energy systems, using Java language with attributes of polymorphism, inheritance and encapsulation, and using Eclipse which uses less energy, has functions as a development tool, using Eclipse Plug-in Win
