(Defendant lawyer plaintiff Lawyer give arguments to the jury.)

(Witness goes to sit next to the judge)
Witness and Bailiff (put your right hands up)
Bailiff: Do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the
truth?
Witness: I do.

Judge: Lawyers, we can now hear closing arguments.
(Lawyers, give arguments)
(The jury votes when the defendant and lawyers go outside)
Judge: Defendant, please stand up. Mister Foreman, has the jury reached a
verdict?
Mr. Foreman: Yes, your honor, we have. We find the defendant (guilty/not
guilty).
