1. Read 2a , circle the sentences about making telephone calls .
2. Look , listen and repeat 2a .
3. Observe the telephone message in 2a and learn how to write a telephone message .
Read 2b , choose the right sentences to complete the dialog and then finish the telephone message in 2b .Check the answers.

1. Read 3 with the partner , point to the liaison .
2. Listen to 3 and read after it .
Lead students to learn how to liaise in English pronunciation .and sums up the regularity of liaison .
