Methods 44 cases patients of catching adenomyosis were divided into the observation group and the control group with random. The patients who were put LNG-IUS were recognized as the observation group after the fit injecting GnRH-a； The patients who were put LNG-IUS were recognized as the control group within 1 to 5 days during the metrual period. Significant changes of the improvement of hypermenorrhea and dysmenorrhea，the uterine volumes and CA125 were observed between the two groups before and 3 months，6 months after treatment in different observation time. Results CA125 were obviously adjusted from （±）μg/L before the operation to （±）μg/L； The uterine volumes were shortened from （±）cm3 before the operation to（±）cm3. The changes of CA125（F=，P） and the uterine volumes（F=，P） were no statistic meaning after having been placed LNG-IUS independently， but it could relieve the symptom of the dysmenorrheal（F=，P） and too much metrual quantity（F=，P）. Compared with combing GnRH-a with LNG-IUS，combining treatment to relieve the treatment of the dysmenorrheal（t=，P， three months after the operation； t=，P six months after the operation） and too much metrual quantity（t=，P，three months after the operation；t=，P， six months after the operation）was superior than placing LNG-IUS independently.
