Methods From January 2011 to May 2013， in Central Hospital of Zibo City， 126 out-patients with skin contusion injury within 6 hou were randomly divided into burn ointment （MEBO） with cosmetic surgery treatment group （group A） and erythromycin eye ointment with cosmetic surgery treatment group （group B）， with 63 cases in each group. Both of A， B group， the pain during dressing， dressing and wound tenacity， wound infection rate and the healing time of wound， scar and traumatic tattoo incidence were observed. Results In A group， the wound was moist， dressing showed light adhesion， no or mild adhesio average occurrence rate was %， in group B， adhesion were heavier， no adhesion or mild adhesio occurrence rate was only %， the difference was statistically significant （P ）.
