In judicial practice， the peonalinjury accidents of the interhip college students usually resort to civillaw， but cant get effective relief on account of great relief difficulties andlimited security abilities. Based on this， this article systematicallyconcer the legal security for peonal injury of the interhip collegestudents， attempts to provide certain theoretical support that the injurycan be included into the scope of industrial injury and attai the biggestlegal security. This article dissects two typical cases to illuminate thesignificance of this study; expounds the legal character of interhip forcollege students， combs the legal identity of this group， controveialassertion of legal relatiohip with interhip unit; analyzes the presentcivil law security pathways and the existing difficulties of proof，iufficient premise， limited ability and the high cost， and discriminatethe feasibility that the interhip college students peonal injuryaccidents can
