Abstract:Today, the scope of reform and opening-up is becoming larger and larger, the policies supporting SMEs are more and more open, and the number of our SMEs is increasing. With the increase of the number of SMEs, they are undertaking more and more social responsibilities.Staff relationship is the core of scientific management and human resource management. As a problem for small and micro enterprises to achieve long-term survival and development, the sound development of employee relationship is a strong guarantee for enterprises to enhance external attraction and enhance competitiveness. Therefore, how to effectively solve the problem of employee relationship management has become a hot topic in enterprises.
In qingyuan city Wan Xinheng automobile trade co., LTD as an example, combined with domestic and foreign research scholars knowledge: the theory of labor relations theory, the principles of scientific management, human resource management idea, people-oriented, heart such as contract theory knowledge analysis of main ideas and evolution of employee relationship management, management of employee relations in the company the status and importance of system analysis. The main problems of employee relationship management in our company are extracted through observation and analysis by using experience summary method and case study method. Then, in view of these problems, the enterprise puts forward strategies and Suggestions to solve the problems of employee relationship management in the company by focusing on establishing a people-oriented employee relationship management model and giving enough care to employees and paying attention to the communication with employees.
