Methods: 106 patients hospitalized during the experience of patients died of cancer， the influence of death questionnaire of self-designed investigation， analysis of its influence facto. Results: The affected degree depends on the quality of cancer patients and the environment both iide and outside facto of death. The emotion and cociousness change can affect the treatment quality of life and disease effects. Conclusion: The influence of death has certain negative effect， can treat the quality of life and disease affects a minority of patients， should be timely psychological death education intervention。 Key wordsAdvanced cancer; Death; Influencing factor 目前对许多慢性疾病的治疗均进行至患者死亡［1］，对癌症的治疗更是如此，医学对癌症的治疗还没有彻底解决，癌症的死亡率高居首位。我院2011年新入院的患者309例，死亡81例，占%，2012年新入院患者321例，死亡87例，占%。癌症死亡1周内至少发生1例，有时甚至多例，这种恶性的刺激环境经常影响着住院癌症患者的观念、情绪和行为，不同程度地影响着癌症患者的生活质量和治疗康复。 1对象与方法 研究对象选取我院肿瘤科2011年1月~2013年7月住院的106例癌症患者，所有患者经病理学或细胞学检查证实，均有耳闻目睹癌症患者死亡接触史，其中男65例，女41例。年龄17~67岁，中位年龄59岁，50岁以上者85例，50岁以下者21例。职业：工人43例，农民24例，干部29例，自由职业10例。学历：大专及以上27例，高中42例，初中及以下37例。均自愿参加问卷调查，患者无精神疾病史及意识障碍。 调查方法采用问卷调查法，问卷内容自行设计，每当有癌症患者死亡后10 d向同病室患者进行调查。由护理
