PAGE PAGE IV 摘要 学校、家庭和社会是学生成长的环境，学生的心理健康和人格的形成发展，离不开家庭教育。尤其是小学生，更需要得到家长的指导、帮助和教育。学校和家庭的协同教育问题，一直是教育界人士非常关注的话题，也是亟待解决的难题。在影响孩子成长的各种因素中，家庭教育和学校教育是两个最重要的因素，整合家庭教育和学校教育，形成教育合力，对孩子的健康发展非常必要。因此，现代学校的教育工作，决不能忽视家校合作的作用。本文首先分析家校合作在现代教育中的意义和作用；然后根据实际案例，针对出现的家校合作主动性较差、活动没有秩序、合作过于随意，缺乏连贯性等问题，分析现代中小学教育中家校合作意识淡薄，教师与家长对家校合作的理解片面的原因，提出通过提升教师与家长树立正确家校合作意识、创新家校合作平台、延伸学校教育的对策。 关键词：现代中小学 家校合作 途径探索 Abstract The school, the family and the society are the student growth environment, the student psychologically healthy and the personality formation development, cannot leave the family education. In particular, primary school students, parents need more guidance, help and education. School and family education, education has been very concerned about the topic, but also an urgent problem to be solved. In the various factors that affect the growth of children, family education and school education are the two most important factors, the integration of family education and school education, the formation of educational force, the childs healthy development is very necessary. Therefore, the modern school education, we must not ignore the role of home school cooperation. Firstly, the significance and role of home school cooperation in the modern education; then according to the actual case, the home school Cooperation Initiative is poor, there is no order, cooperation activities is too arbitrary, lack of coherence problems, analysis of the modern education in primary and secondary school home school cooperation consciousness is weak, because of one-sided cooperation on teachers and parents home school understanding, put forward the countermeasures through the promotion of teachers and parents to establish correct home school cooperation consciousness and innovative home school cooperation platform, an extension of school education.
