PAGE I 国民间借贷法律监管研究 【摘要】随着改革开放进程的不断推进和市场经济的进一步发展，我国民间借贷机构也日益增多，尤其是近年来增长速度快，具有一定的规模性。然而，由于我国法律监管上的不足和法律制度的缺失，导致一些民间借贷组织机构趁虚而入，严重破坏着我国市场经济稳步发展的态势，给我国人民造成了巨大的经济损失。因此，本文以民间借贷组织机构的现状和我国法律监管的现状为出发点，深入剖析民间借贷法律监管的现状和存在的主要问题，针对这些问题进行深挖细查的研究，结合我国社会主义市场经济的发展特征，提出相对应的解决方法，为促进我国经济稳步发展提供新思路。 【关键词】 民间借贷；法律监管；行业准入 Study on legal supervision of private lending in China Abstract:With the process of reform and opening up and the further development of the market economy, Chinas private lending institutions are also increasing, especially in recent years, the growth rate is fast, with a certain scale. However, due to the lack of Chinas legal and regulatory issues and legal system, resulting in some folk lending organizations to swoop, serious damage to the steady development of our country market economy situation, caused huge economic losses to the people of our country. Therefore, this paper to the status of folk lending organizations and the status quo of Chinas legal supervision for starting point, in-depth analysis of the status quo of the legal supervision of private lending and the existing main problems. To solve these problems are digging deep scrutiny of research, combined with the characteristics of the development of socialist market economy of our country, and puts forward the corresponding solution, to promote Chinas steady economic development to provide new ideas.
