新媒体时代高校辅导员心理育人的路径探析 　　摘要：新媒体时代下，大学生群体特征发生颠覆性变化，在互联网以及新兴媒体的传播和推广下，各种文化与思想冲击着大学生的价值取向、思想观念、文化内涵，大学生在日常生活和娱乐中经常接触低俗和不良信息，身心健康易受侵蚀。因此，新媒体时代传统以思政课为主导的高校思政教育模式，对学生心理引导和观念教育实效性不强，无法满足学生心理需求。文章以辅导员的工作视角，基于辅导员在学生日常生活和学习的工作定位，通过心理育人的途径，辅助解决学生的心理问题的可行性入手，发挥高校辅导员心理育人的优势，解决当下大学生思想偏差和心理问题，贯彻落实素质教育的理念和目标，引导学生树立正确的人生观、价值观和世界观，达到促进大学生身心健康发展的目的。 　　关键词：新媒体时代;高校辅导员;心理育人 　　中图分类号：c961文献标志码：a文章编号：2096-000x（2019）11-0179-03 　　abstract：intheeraofnewmedia，thecharacteristicsofcollegestudentsgroupshaveundergonesubversivechanges.withthespreadandpromotionoftheinternetandnewmedia，variousculturesandideashaveimpactedoncollegestudentsvalueorientation，ideasandculturalconnotations.collegestudentsareoftenexposedtovulgarandbadinformationintheirdailylifeandentertainment，andtheirphysicalandmentalhealthisvulnerabletoerosion.therefore，inthenewmediaera，thetraditionalideologicalandpoliticaleducationmodelincollegesanduniversities，whichisdominatedbyideologicalandpoliticalcourses，hasnotbeeneffectiveinguidingstudentspsychologyandideologicaleducation，andcannotmeetstudentspsychologicalneeds.fromtheperspectiveofcounselorswork，basedontheorientationofcounselorsworkinstudentsdailylifeandstudy，thispaperstartswiththefeasibilityofassistingstudentstosolvetheirpsychologicalproblemsthroughpsychologicaleducation，givesfullplaytotheadvantagesofcollegecounselorspsychologicaleducation，solvestheideologicaldeviationandpsychologicalproblemsofcurrentcollegestudents，implementstheconceptandgoalofqualityeducation，andguidesstudentstoestablishcorrectpeople.theoutlookonlife，valuesandworldoutlookcanpromotethehealthydevelopmentofcollegestudentsbodyandmind. 　　keywords：newmediaage;collegecounselors;psychologicaleducation 　　引言 　　新媒体时代由于科技和社会的不断进步，新兴媒体在人们生活、工作、学习中的应用越来越频繁，例如常用的qq、微信、微博以及数字杂志等，几乎成为人们日常生活的一部分，为人们交流和信息获取带来便利的同时，也影响着人们的生活习惯和工作模式。辅导员作为高校育人工作的中坚力量，其对大学生具有最直观和直接的影响，传统的辅导员工作模式无法应对新媒体的挑战，高校辅导员必須要积极探索新的育人途径，立足于学生日常生活、学习以及环境，促使学生能够更好地适应学校生活，而心理育人恰恰是新媒体时代高校辅导员创新育人的重要环节，辅导员既是高校心理育人工作的主要承担者，也是思政工作的一线工作者，在心理育人中必须要承担起
