Methods 30 patients carrying through hemodialysis with chronic rnal failure；Average age: 56.8±15.4. Divided randomly into test group，negative control group，and treatment group，10 peo per group. The three groups are supplied nutrients with different method: lactalbumin test group (n=10) is supplied 0.8g/（kg·d） oral taking lactalbumin powder every day，accounting 60% of total intake amount of protein，which shall be taken in several times，and at the same time，the group is supplied HBV protein and the intake amount is 0.4g/（kg·d），accounting for 40% of the total intake amount of protein. The ratio of energy to nitrogen is 836kJ：1.2g with a total period of two weeks；Negative control group is a common high quality protein diet group，supplied HBV protein 1.2g/（kg·d），and the ratio of energy to nitrogen is 836kJ：1.2g；and α—keto acid treatment group (n=10) is supplied α—keto acid pharmaceutics of 0.2g/（kg·d），and at the same time，the group is supplied HBV protein of 0.4/（kg·d），and the ratio of energy to nitrogen is 836kJ：0.6g.The three groups are tested to observe the indexes of hemoglobin，serum albumin，prealbumin， blood urea nitrogen，blood creatinine，and serum phosphate.
