To begin with, college should set itself as an example to others. Recycling books maybe would be an excellent example to follow. This measure will reach the favorable effect that kills two birds with one stone which student just need to pay lower for books and forest resources will get better protection. Whilst classrooms should not always ablaze with lights if there are nobody in them. What’s more，teachers also have the responsibility to low carbon campus. For example, teachers can go to the college by school bus if they live not so far to college. Vehicle exhaust will not only directly harm people’s healthy, but also have a profound impact on human life environment. Besides, sometimes it is better to using the Internet to arrange and collect homework. Thus, computer competence is integrated into process of study and paper is saved, in other words, trees are saved. An emphasis should be placed not only upon college and teachers, but more importantly on students. So, what can our students does for it? Do not pack food to the dormitory because throw-away lunchbox will do harm to our healthy, waste the natural resources and it is difficult to be degradation. Do not waste water and electricity. When washing teeth, it is false to let water elapsing randomly and also electrical equipments should be cut off while we are out. Do not dissipate paper. Double sided printing will be the better way to save resources. Do not use elevator frequently. Stairs furnish people an ideal place to do physical exercise without paying extra money. Viewed in pragmatic lens，measures above are adapting to the Scientific Outlook on Development whi
