综合护理干预在妇产科围手术期感染预防中的应用效果 [摘要]目的：深入分析和探讨综合护理干预在妇产科围手术期感染预防中的应用效果。方法：收集我院2015年12月至2016年12月期间的110例妇产科围手术期患者，然后按照随机分组的方式将其划分为A组（55例）和B组（55例），对A组患者进行常规的护理干预，对B组患者进行综合护理干预，然后对比两组患者的围手术期感染发生情况。结果：B组患者的剖宫产手术患者、子宫切除手术患者、卵巢癌根治手术患者感染发生率和感染总发生率明显低于A组患者，差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。从两组患者的感染发生部位来看，感染主要发生在泌尿系统。 B组患者呼吸系统感染发生率明显低于A组患者，差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论：综合护理干预在妇产科围手术期感染预防中的应用效果很好，可以十分有效地预防感染的发生，促进患者的早日康复，因此可以进行临床推广应用。 关键词：妇产科；围手术期；感染；综合护理干预；效果 Application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on peri operation in the prevention of infection Unit: Author: [Abstract] Objective: to analyze and discuss the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on peri operation in the prevention of infection. Methods: in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 during the 110 cases of Obstetrics and gynecology surgery, and then randomly divided into the A group method (55 cases) and B group (55 cases) and conventional nursing intervention for patients in the A group, the B group received comprehensive nursing intervention, then comparison of two groups of patients with perioperative infection. Results: the incidence of B group of patients with cesarean section, hysterectomy, patients with ovarian cancer radical operation, the incidence of infection and the incidence of infection was significantly lower than the A group, the difference was statistically significant, P 0.05. From the two groups of patients with infection site, infection mainly occurred in the urinary system. The incidence of respiratory infection in group B was significantly lower than that in group A, the difference was statistically significant, P 0.05. Conclusion: the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on peri operation in the prevention of infection is very good, can effectively prevent infection, promote early rehabilitation of patients, it can be of clinical application.
