h 摘 要 随着科学技术的飞速发展， 计算机科学日臻成熟， 其强大的功能已为人们深刻认识， 它 已进入人类社会的各个领域并发挥着越来越重要的作用。 音像租借管理系统是市场经济条件下， 一些大众传播媒介和商家不可缺少的部分， 它的 内容不论对于媒介和商家的管理者，还是对于用户来说都至关重要。 本系统本着与时俱进的方针，根据本单位的实际，结合发展规划，从符合操作简便、界 面友好、灵活、实用、安全的要求出发，完成音像租借管理中包括音像信息、客户信息的建 立，租借、 归还处理的记录，音像、 客户的新增以及相关数据的统计、 查询、修改、维护等 音像租借管理的全过程的工作。 力争使这次设计能够投入实际应用,为管理人员和用户提供 充足的信息和快捷的查询手段，解决实际问题，满足工作的需要。 论文主要介绍了本课题的开发背景，所要完成的功能和开发的过程。重点地说明了系 统设计的重点、设计思想、难点技术和解决方案。 关键词：音像租借管理， FoxPro6.0， 数据库，程序设计，管理维护。 h Summary with the computer technique development, computers are used almost in every field too, so it is necessary to make use of the computer technique to proceed these complicated statement statistics . The system which has joined together the actual finance audits work and the actual need analysis, is developed with the tool of Visaul Foxpro6.0 and the database of Access to develop the single machine version of the audit statement to handle the system. The work of audit firstly makes use of the enterprise of the yearly primitive financial report to fill the audit calculate balance sheet, then proceeds the accounting titles various adjustment, finally print out the balance sheet and income statement that have been audited and so on .The design of whole system should strictly obey the operation norm of the accounting system and the audit business, the procedure of the input of data want that the operation is simple ,that the interface is friendly ,that the system maintenance is vivid,practical ,safe and that the print of the report is beautiful and clear.I will do my best to make the design throwed into the actual application, and to resolve the actual problem, and to satisfy the demand of the work. The thesis primarily introduced the developmental backgrand of this lessond, the function which will be finished and the pocedure of the development.
