项目风险管理在凯泰公寓楼项目中的应用研究 摘 要 我国经济发展中，建筑行业的发展是重要组成部分。近年来，我国建筑行业中的安 全风险有上升趋势，而在社会大环境下，建筑行业的风险不仅种类越来越多，而且出现 时间上也更为不可预测，特别是市场中许多不确定因素的存在，使得建筑行业很容易陷 入到一些陷阱和全套中，其日常的经济活动也常常会被制约，使得建筑行业面临着更多 的风险，而一旦对这些风险稍不注意，一定程度上忽视了，则都可能导致巨大的经济损 失的出现，甚至整个建筑项目无法继续进行下去，而中断，最终成为烂尾工程。因此， 针对建筑行业的这些大背景，如何对其进行科学的风险管理，就成为当下我们迫切需要 关注的问题。 本文从项目管理的总体知识体系出手，着重分析了项目风险管理的全过程，系统地 介绍了项目，项目管理和项目风险管理的基本概念和管理方法，对项目风险管理中涉及 到的项目风险识别、项目风险度量、项目风险应对、项目风险控制等问题，进行了分析 与研究。最后通过实际案例对凯泰公寓楼项目的风险管理进行了系统分析。 关键词： 项目管理；项目风险管理；风险识别；风险度量；风险应对；风险控制 Abstract In the development of Chinas economy, the development of the construction industry is an important component.
