中学生人格特征与心理健康相关研究的 元分析 摘 要 本文使用元分析方法对国内有关中学生人格特征的三个维度(精神质、内外向性和神经 质)与心理健康的关系问题进行了探究，并对分析所得的效果量结果进行了探查。通过 从中国知网、维普期刊网和万方数据库中分别以“EPQ”、“SCL- 90 ”和“中学生”为题名进行文献检索和筛选，纳入文献18篇，总样本量为15908。结 果表明：（1）中学生的精神质与心理健康的抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执有较弱的正相关 ，与躯体化、强迫、人际敏感、恐怖、精神病性有极其微弱的正相关，与总分无相关 ；（2 ）中学生的内外向性与心理健康的躯体化存在较弱的负相关，与强迫、人际敏感 、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性可能存在极其微弱的负相关，与总分无 相关；（3 ）中学生的神经质与心理健康的人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑呈中等强度的正相关 ，与躯体化、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性正相关较弱，与总分无相关。结论：中学 生人格特征的三个维度与心理健康各因子的关系密切，与心理健康因子的总分无关， 其中神经质与心理健康各因子的关系密切程度较高。 【关键词】中学生；人格特征；心理健康；元分析 Meta analysis concerning relationship between personality traits and mental health of middle school students Abstract In this paper, by using the method of meta analysis ，we made an in-depth study on the relationship between the three dimensions of personality characteristics (Psychoticism, Extraversion and Neuroticism)and mental health among middle students in China ， and explored the moderators of the meta-analysis. By the literature search and selection of EPQ, SCL-90 and middle school students in CNKI ,China Science and Technology Journal Database and Wanfang database, 18 articles were included in this study, with a total sample size of 15908. The results show that: (1) There has a weak positive correlation between middle school students psychoticism and mental health of depression, anxiety, hostility and paranoia , and has a very weak positive correlation with somatization , compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity, terror and psychosis. It is not related to total score; ( 2 ) Middle school students introversion and extroversion is negatively associated with somatization
