社科论坛 Social Science Forum 粤港澳大湾区能源企业转型分析 Analysis of the Transformation of Energy Enterprises in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area 赵家旺 (广东外语外贸大学，广州510000) ZHAO Jia-wang (Guangdong University ofForeign Studies, Guangzhou 510000, China) 【摘要】在能源供求和环境保护等方面的多重压力之下，优化能源结构、加快能源转型 、实现清洁低碳发展，是推动粤港澳大湾区可 持续发展的必然要求，也是经济社会转型的迫切要求 。论文通过对粤港澳大湾区能源转型战略的思考，重点分析了大湾区能源转型 背景下煤电企业退出的相关政策及其带来的挑战，主要包括政府、资金、市场等外部压力 ，以及资产处理 、电网结构、人员处理等内部 压力 。基于此，论文提出政府应该帮助相关行业重新定位，寻找转型方向，并对转型企业提供资金和技术支持;提供公平的市场环境， 完善现有的市场机制；运用绿色金融助力大湾区能源转型。 揖 Abstract］ Under the multiple pressures of energy supply and demand and environmental protection, optimizing the energy mix, accelerating energy transformation and realizing clean and low-carbon development are inevitable requirements for promoting sustainable development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, as well as urgent requirements for economic and social transformation. Based on the reflection of the energy transformation strategy of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, this paper focuses on the analysis of the relevant policies and challenges brought by the withdrawal of coal power enterprises under the background of the energy transformation of the Greater Bay Area, including external pressures from the government, capital and market, as well as internal pressures such as asset disposal, power grid structure and personnel disposal.
