医学检验专业英语课程教学大纲 Special English for Medical Laboratory Science 学时数：24 其中：实验学时：0 课外学时：0 学分数：1.5 适用专业：医学检验 一、课程的性质、目的和任务 《医学检验专业英语》是医学检验专业的选修课程，随着国际化的发展，医学检验人员面临着许多新的挑战，其中怎样获得最新的医学方面的信息，怎样阅读和理解与医学检验相关的临床医学文献是急需解决的问题。 本课程旨在通过学习，使学生能掌握各系统常见疾病的名称，症状，诊断及治疗措施的英语表达方法，为以后在学习和工作中能达到借助于字典能正确理解专业英语文献以及沟通交流的目的。学完该课程后，学生应该能够：掌握专业英语的特点和熟悉各系统词汇的词根和词缀；熟悉常见的疾病名称，了解症状，诊断和治疗的英语表达方式；正确理解文章内容。 二、课程教学的基本要求 （一）Chapter Ⅰ Introduction to the Profession 1.To master the history of the education of clinical laboratory personnel. 2.To be familiar with the professionals within the clinical laboratory. 3.To understand the places of employment. （二）Chapter Ⅱ Introduction to Medical Terminology 1.To master medical terminology. 2.To be familiar with the construction medical terms. （三）Chapter Ⅲ Disciplines in Laboratory Medicine 1.To master disciplines in immunology. 2.To be familiar with disciplines in micfobiology. 3.To understand disciplines in hematology. （四）Chapter Ⅳ Laboratory Technology 1.To master tumor marker, the Polymerase Chain Reaction, blood grouping and the the monitoring of therapeutic drug. 2.To be familiar with Gram’s method, developing protein chips for protein expression profiling and immunotechnology.
