第31卷第9期 中国矿业 Vol. 3 ,No. 9 2022年9月 CHINA MINING MAGAZINE Sept. 2022 损失率、贫化率对某露天铀矿战略排产技术 经济指标影响研究 汪志平 ，刘玉龙 ，张怀峰 ，黄 磊 ，周恕辉 (中广核铀业发展有限公 ，北京100029) 摘要 ：某露天铀矿山自生产以来，实际损失率和贫化率大于可行性研究阶段取值，严重影响战略排产。 本文根据历史生产数据,制定以26%贫化率和8%损失率为基准的11种损失率、贫化率影响分析测算方 案，运用Whittle软件，选用Psedoflow算法和Milawa NPV算法对11种方案进行境界优化和战略排产，分 析损失率、贫化率对净现值、生产成本、服务年限、剥采比等技术经济指标的影响 。研究结果表明：贫化率 对废石量、净现值、水冶成本等指标影响较大，结合目前生产实际，贫化率与行业标准的差距较大，开采过 程中加强贫化控制，将提升生产效益；1号采坑北部区域境界、水冶成本、采出矿石量等指标受贫化率影响 最为明显，设计中单独作为一个分期，最后进行开采，并需进行补充地质勘探;损失率对回收金属量、采出 矿石量和净现值影响较大，但生产实际损失率与行业标准差异较小，总体对生产影响一般。 关键词 ：损失率 ；贫化率 ；Whittle软件 ；Milawa NPV算法 ；战略排产 中图分类号 ：TD804 文献标识码 ：A 文章编号 ：1004-4051(2022)09-0048-05 Study on the influence of ore loss rate and dilution rate on the technical and economic indexes of strategic planning of an open-pit uranium mine WANG Zhiping, LIU Yulong, ZHANG Huaifeng, HUANG Lei, ZHOU Shuhui (CGNPC Uranium Resources Co. , Ltd. , Beijing 100029, China) Abstract : Since the production of an open-pit uranium mine, the actual ore loss rate and ore dilution rate are higher than the values taken in the feasibil让y study stage, which affect the strategic planning o£ the project.
