新冠肺炎专题 Topical Issues 新冠肺炎疫情下孕妇心理健康及应对 状况调查 陈延亭孙贤华李梦茹徐杨 [摘 要 ] 目 的 ：调查新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下，在北京市三级甲等医院建档产检的孕妇的心理状况及应对方式。 方 法 ：应 用 K essler 10心理健康状况评价量表和简易应对方式量表对在北京三级甲等综合医院建档并进行产前检 查 的 孕妇进行调查并分析。结 果 ：4 0 8 名调查对象总体心理健康状况一般，有 29.41%的 孕 妇 心 理 健 康 状 况 较 差 ， 在突发疫情背景下，孕妇积极应对得分和消极应对得分均高于常模，且 差 异 具 有 统 计 学 意 义 （尸0.05); 心理健康 状况良好组在积极应对维度得分高于心理健康状况不良组（尸0.05)，消极应对维度得分低于心理健康状况不良组 (P C 0.05)。结 论 ：新冠 肺 炎 疫 情 下 ，应该为孕妇提供科学正确的防护知识、真 实 可靠的信息获取渠道，引导孕妇 釆取积 极 应 对 方 式 来 调 整 心 理 状 态 。从就医流程上提供灵活创新的产检预约，从根本上解决孕妇的实际问题和心 理担忧。 [关 键 词 ]新 冠 肺 炎 ；孕 妇 ；心 理 状 况 ；应对方式 [中 图 分 类 号 ]R47 [DOI ] 10.39697j .issn .1672-1756.2020.12.015 Investigation on the psychological status and coping style of pregnant women during the outbreak of COVID -19 / CHEN Yanting, SUN Xianhua, LI Mengru, XU Yang II Obstetrics Department of China-Japan Friendship Hospital , Beijing , 100029, China /// Chinese Nursing Management -2020,20(12): 1827-1830 [Abstract ] Objective : T understand the psychological status and coping styles of pregnant women wh had registered for prenatal care in Grade-A tertiary hospitals in Beijing during the outbreak of COVID -19.
