AKD 的制 备 与 应 用 定 精品资料 四川理工学院毕业论文 AKD 的制备与应用 学 生：杨 伟 学 号：0803103A162 专 业：应 用 化 学 班 级：精细化工 082 指导教师：韩 建 军 四川理工学院材料与化学工程学院 二 O 一二年六月 0 仅供学习与交流，如有侵权请联系网站删除 谢谢 精品资料 AKD 的制备与应用 摘 要 AKD 是使用较广泛，发展最为迅速的反应性较强的中/碱性施胶剂，是中 性施胶剂中发展比较成熟的，具有很好的施胶效果和比较环保的新型施胶剂。 本文通过用十二烷基苯磺酸钠作为乳化剂并加入一定量的助留剂阳离子聚丙烯 酰胺对自制的 AKD 蜡粉进行乳化，研究了乳化剂配比、乳化温度、乳化时 间、pH 以及搅拌转速等因素对乳液性能的影响。对各种工艺条件下制备出的乳 液，测定了其性能，并用它对纸样进行施胶，测得了纸样的施胶度。还通过与 市售乳液对比，测其相同条件下的施胶度和纸张性能对比。确定了最佳乳化条 件 ：十二烷基苯磺酸钠与 AKD 质量比为 1 ∶30 ，乳化温度为70℃ ，乳化时间 为 10min ，pH 为 5 ，搅拌转速为 18000r/min 。结果表明：施胶量在 0.3%时纸张 的施胶度可以达到 52s ，吸水性也大大降低 ，纸张平滑度可增加 1 秒 ，耐折度可 增加 10 次 ，其施胶后纸张性能可与市售乳液相媲美 。 关键词 ：烷基烯酮二聚体；制备 ；碘值；乳化 ；施胶 I 仅供学习与交流，如有侵权请联系网站删除 谢谢 精品资料 Preparation and Application of Emulsion AKD Abstract AKD is a widely used, most rapidly developing reactive strong alkaline sizing agent, and it is a neutral sizing agent one in the development of mature, good sizing effect and environmental protection agent. In this paper, twelve sodium alkyl benzene sulfonate as emulsifier was used and a certain amount of retention of CPAM on homemade AKD wax emulsion was used, and the emulsifier ratio, the temperature and time of emulsification, the pH and stirring speed on the emulsion properties was studied. The performance of emulsion prepared by various technological conditions was determined. After it was used to glue the pattern, the degree of sizing pattern was obtained. Through the comparison with commercial
