产业结构变动对上海市就业的影响研究 摘 要 　　就业是最大的民生，上海市作为我国经济发展较为迅速的城市之一，人才的就业问题与经济实力密切相关，理论研究证明，产业结构变动对就业的影响最直接，对此上海市政府有必要出台相关政策措施，平衡两者关系。　　本文采用理论、实证、文献分析法进行研究在，全国发展政策的大背景和以往研究结论之下，论述本文研究的具体意义，并对国内外相关理论、课题进行研究给出综述、给出本文模型构建基础。通过选取合适指标构建模型，数据选取以《上海市统计局》中的数据为主，作以分析，得出结论，即认为产业结构变动对就业具有正相关关系，最后基于模型研究结论给出相关政策建议。 关键词：产业结构；就业；产业结构高度化；产业价值链升级 Abstract 　　Employment is the biggest livelihood of the people.
